There are 2 options,

Online: Login to MyNCC, select "Financial" then “Pay Online.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
By mail - Make check or money order payable to Nassau Community College and mail to: Nassau Community College, PO Box 418041, Boston, MA 02241-8041

I paid for my semester, but then dropped my class(es) before the semester began. Will I get my money back?

Yes. To expedite your refund email Student Financial Affairs to inform them that you have dropped your class(es). Include your full name and NCC ID (N#).

Will I get a refund if I dropped my classes after the semester begins?

Tuition liability will be calculated based on the College’s Refund Policy

Why am I being charged non-resident tuition?

Students meeting New York State Residency requirements must submit a valid Certificate of Residency from their home county to be eligible for resident tuition rates.

Email: Scan your Certificate, attach to your email and send to: bursar@ncc.edu

How will I receive my refund after my financial aid has paid my bill?
