Billing and Payment Information

PAYMENT DUE DATES: To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

*To avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be made online before midnight on the 2nd business day after registration.

You will receive a bill in the mail and via your NCC email if you register by May 4th. Students registering on or after May 5th will only receive a bill via NCC email. All students may view their e-bill at MyNCC. All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed on MyNCC.

Change of Plans?  If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you must drop your class(es) before the start of the summer 2025 session for which you are registered. If you do not drop by the dates listed below you will be liable for tuition and fees.
     
Financial Aid Applicants:  If your bill shows any balance due, after expected financial aid is deducted from your total tuition and fees, be sure to make a payment before the due date indicated on the front of the bill. Your payment confirms that you definitely plan to attend. If financial aid is approved after you have paid, the College will reimburse you.

• ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. Login to MyNCC, select “Pay Online.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

• BY MAIL: Checks and money orders may be mailed to the address indicated on your bill or to:

• IN PERSON: Payments can be made at the Bursar's Office. Please check the College website for student service hours of operation. Cash payments may only be made in person.
