Eligibility
You are eligible if:
- Have earned a high school diploma or its equivalent;
- Meet the New York State residency requirements;
- Meet the EOP income guidelines and NCC academic eligibility criteria
- Be a first time degree seeking student
- Demonstrate the commitment and potential to succeed in a college program of study.
NCC EOP Admission Requirements:
- High School GPA of 70-85 AND;
- A 65-78 on the NYS Math or English Regents exam, paired with;
- A score of a 65 or higher on the remaining NYS Regents Exam (Math or English only)
