NCC 101 Nursing

The College Experience

This is a special one credit course that meets once a week offered is to assist students to transition to the college experience and help to understand the expectations of college level work. Prior to entering NUR 101 Fundamentals of Nursing it would enhance student preparation and success to attend a special section of NCC 101 NUR reserved for students with an interest in Nursing. 

In this course you will:

• Learn the values associated with being a Nurse
• Learn the academic and personal skills required to succeed in college and in Nursing
• Learn to solve problems, reason, and think critically
• Learn about the steps to take toward a career in Nursing

Remember, taking this NCC 101 class is an important key to your future success in college and in Nursing.
