Plaza Art Gallery, an extension of the art gallery program established at Nassau Community College in the 1960s, is a 2,550 square foot gallery situated in the center of campus on the main plaza. Natural sunlight pours through the six-foot windows and a two-story area allows for large sculptures, installations, and paintings. A space that invites investigation of the visual arts, the Plaza Art Gallery supports the work of the robust Art Department at Nassau Community College and presents a year-round schedule of exhibitions and events. All events are free and open to the public.
The Plaza Art Gallery now has a Mobile App where you can view current exhibits and download the current questionnaire. Visit ncc.edu/galleryapp

From humble beginnings, the gallery at Nassau Community College hosts a yearly exhibition to showcase the talent and creativity of our dedicated faculty in the Art Department. This exhibition is presented in hopes to inspire our community as a whole. We at the Plaza Art Gallery would like to welcome you to the 2024 Faculty Show.
