"I came to Nassau Community College because I wanted to better myself before going to a four-year university. NCC has countless opportunities and a flexible schedule along with amazing advisors who will guide you through your academic career and give you unconditional support. Because of my passion for the field of law I was advised to major in Criminal Justice. My classes have been very interesting and one of my favorite experiences so far has to be my internship. It opened doors for me and gave me an opportunity to experience firsthand what it's like to be in different areas of law enforcement. If had to describe the college in one word I would say "enriching."
When I submitted my application to the Nassau County Pre-Law Society I never imagined actually being selected. I'm so grateful for this opportunity. After I graduate from NCC I want to continue my education at a four-year college. Then I plan on taking the LSAT and going to law school. I know it will take a lot of hard work on my part, but my dream is to become an international lawyer."

I served in the United States Navy in Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, II and at Camp Pendleton with the 5th Marines. I was also deployed to Okinawa, Japan twice. Stateside, I knew that Nassau Community College has a reputation for being very military friendly, and when I got here, it was true.

"I served in the United States Navy in San Diego from 2014 to 2021, first on the USS Harpers Ferry and then on the USS Rushmore. When it was time for me to attend college, I chose NCC because it's veteran friendly and offers many different programs.
