The NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) maintains a listing of approved evaluators or providers. From the navigation bar, click “Treatment,” then select “Search by Program.” Choose “Providers of Clinical Screening and Assessment Services for the Impaired Driving Offender” and follow the directions. Programs will appear first in the listing, followed by individual providers.
