  • Masks must be worn at all times. If you are sick or under quarantine, we will work with you to complete your course requirements.

The $233 fee can be paid by personal check or money order.

Some participants (not many) may be required to obtain a clinical assessment in order to fulfill DMV requirements. Your instructor will advise you during the second or third class, if this applies to you.

The NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) maintains a listing of approved evaluators or providers. From the navigation bar, click “Treatment,” then select “Search by Program.” Choose “Providers of Clinical Screening and Assessment Services for the Impaired Driving Offender” and follow the directions. Programs will appear first in the listing, followed by individual providers.

After attendance verification of 16 hours and no outstanding treatment records, your completion will be mailed. If your treatment is extended beyond the 7 weeks of class, contact the office   516.572.7201 or e-mail when your treatment is completed.

If you have been dropped the fee for re-entering the program is $50 and possibly a return trip to DMV to re-enroll. Call or email the office for more information
