I work at Northwell Health as the Chief Technologist in the Cath Lab at North Shore Manhasset. I'm responsible for the day to day operations and staffing of the technologists in the lab. We have 25 technologists on our team. One of our roles is scrubbing, monitoring and circulating coronary angiograms and angioplasties. Nassau Community College laid the foundation for my thinking and problem solving abilities. The knowledge passed on to me by the faculty provided me with the expertise necessary to excel in my current position.
While I was at NCC I really enjoyed working with my instructors and patients applying what we learned in class that week. I made lasting friendships with a lot of my fellow students which I still have to this day.

I served in the United States Navy in Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, II and at Camp Pendleton with the 5th Marines. I was also deployed to Okinawa, Japan twice. Stateside, I knew that Nassau Community College has a reputation for being very military friendly, and when I got here, it was true.
