Think of an advisor as your partner in success.
The Mission of the Office of Academic Advisement at Nassau Community College is to assist students in the development of meaningful educational plans that are compatible with their goals. Further, it is to fully inform students regarding requirements in their areas of concentration and expose students to the variety of course and degree options offered by the College. It encourages the formation of on-going relationships between advisor and student to support students in various stages of their academic progress through the institution.
